Abstract



This paper describes the Attitude and Opinion about Electronic Information Resources by Faculty Members of Arts and Science colleges in Dindigul Dt. It is an try to investigate the awareness of e-resources, experience level in using e-resources, time spent on using e-resources, purpose of using e-resources, use of various online sources and the most preferred place for accessing e-resources by the Assistant Professors of Self finance Arts and Science Colleges in Dindigul. The data collected were analysed and inferences were arrived simple percentage with Weighted Arithmetic Mean. The Electronic Information resources are very important therefore adequate technological services must be used to improve the quality and quantity of information offered by the academic library
