Abstract

Scientific and technical libraries emerged across the world tremendously. This particular study is aimed at the information seeking behavior of the Engineers of MPM factory of Bhadravathi. This was mainly aimed at the motivation and hindrances in the process of information seeking behavior. There for this research was carried out with solutions for their problems which they are facing while seeking information.
