The Assessment of Research Literature Growth on Cervical Cancer: A Study

Abstract



This study is aimed to analyses the literature growth in Cervical Cancer. The awareness about the Cervical Cancer is an essential one because the death rate also increases due to the cervical cancer among the women next to the breast cancer. The research all over the global also increases .This paper analysis the number of research output in the cervical Cancer. The number of records taken for the study is 65,024 from the year of 1974 - 2013. Among the total Records, 50, 0072 were articles which also highest of all the category of the type documents. The maximum numbers of articles were in the category of Medicine 56281. The maximum numbers of articles were contributed by the National Cancer Institute which 1.6 percent. The maximum numbers of articles were contributed by the United States 16889(25.97%).
