Citation Analysis of the JK-Practitioner

Abstract

Citation analysis of all the journal articles published in the JK practitioner from 2001-2007 is carried out. 138 articles are published in the journal during 7 years. The Highest 26.82 percent of articles was published in 2006. The Journal contained 2487 references for the said period of which 2473 are p-citations and 14 are e-citations. Every issue published approx. 20 articles and each article has an average of 99.43 percent p-references and 0.56 percent e-citations. The study reveals that authors contribute highest in the year 2006; however the average research output is 20 articles per year in the journal.
